Katie Whitley joined Strickler Financial Group as our Executive Operations Manager, bringing a strong background in People Operations, executive support and organizational strategy. With experience supporting leadership teams and managing day-to-day business operations, Katie thrives on creating structure, streamlining processes and helping teams operate more efficiently behind the scenes.

Before joining Strickler Financial Group, Katie supported executives while overseeing HR processes, compliance initiatives and employee experience programs. Her ability to anticipate needs, improve systems and keep operations running smoothly allows the team to stay focused on serving clients at the highest level.

Known for her proactive mindset and detail oriented approach, Katie is passionate about building organized, people centered systems that support growth. She enjoys bringing both structure and positivity to everything she does.

Outside of work, Katie loves tackling DIY home projects, landscaping and making the new home she and her husband, Cody, built feel warm and welcoming. She enjoys backyard bonfires, exploring the woods on four wheelers and spending quality time with family and friends. Katie and Cody are proud parents of three children and two dogs who keep life full and fun.
